Our History
Listen and Talk was founded in 1996 and began as a therapy center with 13 children and just four staff. Listen and Talk has grown to become an acclaimed organization -- the only one of its kind in Western Washington -- with a staff of 20 serving over 100 families.
Our Staff
Listen and Talk has a team of professionals with expertise in early childhood and deaf education, speech language pathology and auditory verbal methods. In addition, Listen and Talk works collaboratively with school districts, the Center for Childhood Deafness and Hearing Loss, and many other professionals in the community to ensure the children and families we serve receive the highest quality intervention possible.
