Child smiles while playing sticks and listening to music at Music and Movement at Listen and Talk.

At Music and Movement, families and caregivers meet at Listen and Talk to participate in music-related activities designed to enrich their child’s listening experience. Hearing music at an early age is good for a child’s overall growth and learning. For children with hearing loss, music has the ability to strengthen memory and thinking, language, and speech skills. During class, information is shared about song and movement, along with handouts to help families make music an integral part of their everyday home activities. Our sessions are free for all families.

Upcoming Music & Movement Sessions

Music and Movement is going online! Connect with us virtually for a music class that focuses on listening and spoken language strategies.  Siblings are welcome to join. If you have any questions, please email Olivia at oliviap@listentalk.org.
