Roxanne is a Birth to Three Specialist at Listen and Talk. She graduated from California Lutheran University with her Masters of Science in the Education of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Students. Roxanne is currently working towards her Listening and Spoken Language Specialist credential. She enjoys connecting with families and watching the students make progress throughout the year. In her personal time, Roxanne loves to spend time outdoors, read, and play sports.
