Kristin is an Administrative Assistant for Listen and Talk serving Audiology and the on-site preschool programs. Kristin joined Listen and talk in 2017 as a substitute and worked in the preschool classrooms for three years before transitioning to Administration. She was born and raised in Vancouver, B.C. and moved to Seattle in 1999. Kristin has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of British Columbia in Painting and Printmaking and has extensive experience teaching art to children. Before raising her family, Kristin worked for Knowledge Network Television and in Harborview Medical Center Community Relations. Her maternal grandparents were deaf and she loves seeing the positive impact that Listen and Talk has on families of deaf and hard of hearing children. She is currently writing a memoir about her grandparents. Kristin likes to spend time with her family swimming, hiking and cross-country skiing and enjoys photography and sewing. Kristin treasures the preschool years she spent with her own children who are now teenagers and loves to spend time with the preschoolers at Listen and Talk.
