Enjoy live music, a delicious dinner, champagne greetings, a no-host bar, games, a live auction and more. Hear inspiring stories from a current family and young alums about the successes and joys they have experienced being able to communicate using listening and spoken language. All donations raised during this event will go directly to our programs and helps us ensure that we create a world where no child is limited by hearing loss!
Listening and Spoken Language is an approach that relies on newborn hearing screenings, supportive intervention, and hearing technology to empower children with hearing loss to listen and communicate verbally with the surrounding world. Listen and Talk families partner with highly-specialized providers to utilize auditory-verbal strategies that support their child’s language development.
Is your child ready for a successful journey through preschool and beyond? Their ability to hear sound with their cochlear implants, hearing aids or bone-anchored hearing aids is crucial for them to communicate using listening and spoken language. Our Audiologist Christie cares for the unique hearing needs of each child enrolled into our programs from birth through preschool, and begins each day by checking each child’s hearing devices. The audiology team provides services to ensure that your child’s hearing development is on the right track for their age.
