Families and caregivers meet at Listen and Talk to participate in music, dance, and activities designed to enrich their child’s listening experience. Sharing music at an early age is good for a child’s overall growth and learning. For children with hearing loss, music has the ability to strengthen memory and thinking, language, and speech skills. During class, information is shared about song and movement, along with handouts to help families make music an integral part of their everyday home activities.
